The Process

I support and guide you through your life’s experience and understanding of how to increase happiness and reduce suffering.

Connecting ancient and modern wisdom, the process is rooted in awakening through relationships and naturally occurring growth, connection to all life, awareness of safety, trust, and your own inner wisdom by realizing answers to these 3 classic questions:

Who am I?
Where am I from?
Where am I going?

Directly relating to present, past and future, there are many layers to these questions and the answers are revealed through the exploration of both simple and complex layers of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual life that reinforce beliefs, choices, behaviors, feelings and experiences. Do you want to experience lasting, meaningful change?

the Process continues...

Life is really just how we experience our relationships — moment by moment. The stories we tell ourselves shape how we feel, and those feelings are signals — pointing to what we need. Those emotions show up in the body — either released or held in. And when we avoid them, it might feel better for a moment… but over time, it just feeds things like fear, shame, procrastination, and resentment.

Real healing and growth mean choosing to lean into the discomfort. Even when it’s hard. And trusting that behind it all — underneath the stories and reactions — your energy, your spirit, your deeper self… is what powers it all.

Pain is part of life — there’s no way around that. So, let’s make it count. Let’s choose what we sacrifice for, and make it meaningful. When we suffer — from trauma or hard life experiences — it’s not just what happened that hurts. It’s the story we tell about it. That story shapes how we think, what we believe, how we feel,

So, if we want to heal, we have to start with awareness. Of the story. Of the wiring. And of the choices we still have. Over time, all the ways we’ve been shaped and conditioned start running on autopilot. We react without knowing why. We feel stuck, confused, overwhelmed.

But it’s not just what happened to you — it’s also how you’re wired, and what you were born with: your sensitivities, your instincts, your nervous system, your senses — they’re your instruments for navigating life.

Every moment, you’re picking up data — and your story, your wiring, your past and present experiences are shaping how you respond:

  • To yourself.
  • To others.
  • To your environment, your culture, your values, your beliefs.

Your identity, your relationships, and your choices are all part of this living loop. You’re not who you think you are — you’re who you practice being. So take a deeper look. What patterns are on repeat? What parts of you have been overlooked, ignored, or shut down? Come back to the core — to the relationship you have with your energy, your spirit, your Source. Let your rituals and practices reconnect you with your true nature.

Find out who you really are!

Real growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone. You stretch, you stumble, you learn — that’s how wisdom gets built.

It’s natural to be drawn to the unknown. To want to experience things directly. So lean in. Fail forward — with curiosity, courage, confidence, and creativity. That’s where your freedom lives. And to get there, you’ve got to let go of the old stories and patterns that keep you stuck in the suffering loop. Notice them. Take responsibility. Shift your attention. Redirect your energy.

You’re not just watching your life happen — you’re the one telling the story. So challenge your reactions. Choose what gets repeated. And write it your way.

Facilitated in a safe, trusting, challenging process, you will experience meaningful change.

Start seeing the old conditioning for what it is. The beliefs that were planted in you — the ones that say you’re not enough, not safe, not worthy — they’ve shaped your life and created unnecessary stress. But you can shift that. You can change your wiring. And you don’t have to carry all that weight anymore.

Stress and trauma show up in real ways: Through fear, desire, anger, sadness, denial, shame, blame, and guilt. These aren’t weaknesses — they’re signals. When you learn to listen, you can regulate your mood and emotions instead of being run by them.

You can come back to your true self. Not the conditioned self — the real one underneath. That’s where your strength is. Be honest about how your reactions to stress may have led to things like addiction, anxiety, depression, or burnout. Now’s the time to reclaim your energy. To take responsibility and live with clarity, courage, and deep joy — even when life gets hard.

Reconnect.
